WebChrome & MS Edge have White flashes before pages finish loading. For example, when I open a Reddit link in a new tab and I switch to that tab, Chrome & MS Edge flash white. It's blinding. It also happens on the "New Tab"-page. How can I stop this? Is there an extension that can tell Chrome to use #000000, instead of #FFFFFF ?
