Per the official instructions, To disable autoconnect on Windows boot up you simply need to right-click on the tray icon and select disconnect. But this does not work. WebOn freshly installed Windows 10, Openvpn installed normally (no errors). I also tried to remove completely OpenVPN, as it is written in the manual, but it did not help.
